RETURN POLICY

If you decide you no longer want the bullion bars or coins purchased from us, please note that returns are not accepted. The prices of these items are based on live precious metal spot prices and are subject to fluctuations in the financial markets. As a result, there is no statutory right to return or cancel an order once it has been placed, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

However, if you believe the bullion bar or coin does not meet your expectations, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your product for a full quality inspection.

If an exact replacement is not available due to stock limitations, we reserve the right to offer a similar item of equivalent value in exchange.
