We reserve the right to update and change the website and these terms without warning or notice. These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights. These terms and any contract entered in consequence of your use of our website are subject to English law and the sole jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales. In order to use our service, you must be 18 years of age or over.
1 – Prices & Payment:
Prices on the website are live and confirmed at the time of order for amounts under £50,000, based on current gold and silver trading prices. Multiple orders placed simultaneously may experience price changes due to market fluctuations and stock availability. The company reserves the right to cancel any order even after payment, with a full refund issued unless proof of identity is not provided, in which case clauses 4 and 5 apply.
Prices can be fixed over the phone by speaking to the sales team. After placing a phone order, terms and conditions will be emailed, and a confirmation email is expected. Payments on the website can be made by debit card for orders up to £30,000 and by credit card for orders up to £5,000, with ID requirements. Other payment options include online bank transfer and bank transfer. Please note payment can only be accepted from accounts registered in your own name and payment via multiple individuals for one order is not permitted.
2 – Delivery:
Upon dispatch, you will receive an email with the courier details and a tracking number. The delivery address must match the cardholder’s address used for payment, and goods cannot be delivered to any other address when paid by card. Once payment is verified, goods will be sent to this address, and you are responsible for ensuring their safe receipt. We are not liable for packages delivered to multiple-occupancy houses or work addresses once signed for or confirmed as delivered by the courier. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses and cannot be held responsible for postal delays. Ownership transfers to you once full payment is received, and the package is signed for at the provided address. We are not liable for price fluctuations after this point.
Issues with your delivery? Should your parcel not arrive in the delivery service timeframe you must contact us to inform us of this, we will then work with the couriers to provide further information. It is your responsibility to inform us if the parcel does not arrive – this must be reported within 14 days of the dispatch date.
3 – Orders:
Orders can be placed through the website or by calling us on the number shown on the website. Once you have placed an order cancellation is NOT possible under the distance selling regulations due to the fluctuating nature of the precious metals market. We will pursue payment for all orders placed.
